Adopt a pet
Bryan County Animal Services adopts out dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens for $30 each, by appointment Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. at the Richmond Hill and Pembroke shelters.

How it works
- Browse the available animals online.
- Call a shelter to make an adoption appointment.
- Hard-to-place outdoor cats are available through the Barn Cat Program — they come spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and ear-tipped, and need shelter, daily food and water, and a confined space for the first two to three weeks.
