Bryan County funds two public libraries in the Statesboro Regional Library System: Pembroke (1018 Camellia Drive) and Richmond Hill (9607 Ford Avenue). Any Georgia resident can get a free library card.

- Pembroke: 1018 Camellia Drive, 912-653-2822. Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Saturday 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Richmond Hill: 9607 Ford Avenue, 912-756-3580. Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; closed Sunday.
- Apply for a card with a photo ID and proof of current address; a parent signs for applicants under 18.
- Public internet computers are available at both libraries.
