Get a disabled persons parking placard
Bryan County residents can get a new or replacement disabled parking placard at either Tax Commissioner office with a form MV-9D signed by a licensed practitioner.
How it works
- Download the Disabled Persons License Plate Affidavit (form MV-9D).
- Have a licensed medical practitioner complete and sign it.
- Bring the form to the Pembroke or Richmond Hill office.
- Businesses that transport disabled persons submit the MV-9D with a copy of their institutional license.
