Learn about county tax sales
Properties with unpaid taxes may be sold at a tax sale. The next Bryan County tax sale is scheduled for October 6, 2026; the official list is posted four to six weeks before the sale.
How it works
- Check the tax sale page four to six weeks before the sale date for the official list.
- Talk to a real estate attorney familiar with Georgia tax sale law before bidding — the Tax Commissioner cannot give legal advice.
- Excess funds from past sales are listed separately by the Tax Commissioner.
