Pay permit and plan review fees online
When your permit or application is ready, pay the invoice by card in the Evolve portal. Impact fees, NPDES fees, and water and sewer tap fees must still be paid by cash or check.

- A 3.5% service charge applies to card payments. Fees follow the 2026 Building Permit and Zoning and Subdivision fee schedules.
How it works
- Wait for the email saying your permit or application is ready and invoiced.
- Sign in to the portal and choose Payment.
- Pay by credit card, or pay in person at either Community Development office.
