Deeds, liens, plats, and UCC filings are recorded by the Clerk of Superior Court’s Real Estate Division. Most recordings cost $25.00; real estate records can be searched online.

- Cost:
- Deeds, liens, security deed cancellations, assignments, and UCC filings: $25.00 each. Plats: $10.00 per page. Partnerships: $200.00. Other recordings: $5.00 first page, $2.00 each additional. Copies: $0.50 per page uncertified, $2.50 first certified page.
How it works
- Search deeds, liens, plats, and UCC records online through the GSCCCA.
- Plats, maps, and condominium floor plans must be e-filed through the GSCCCA e-file portal.
- Bring other documents for recording to the Clerk of Superior Court with the recording fee.
