Report a pothole, road, or dirt road problem
Public Works maintains about 217 miles of paved and 107 miles of dirt county roads. Report potholes, dead animals, low limbs, damaged signs, and dirt road problems to the Administration Division.
How it works
- Call Public Works at 912-653-4511 (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) or email a road maintenance request.
- Administration forwards the request to the Roads Division for investigation.
- State highways and city streets are maintained by GDOT and the cities, not the County.
