Report a stray, aggressive, or injured animal
Call Animal Services during business hours. After hours and on weekends, call the Sheriff’s Office for aggressive strays, bites, and injured animals; call 911 for an attack in progress. Wildlife goes to the state Urban Wildlife Program.

- Business hours: call Animal Services in Richmond Hill (912-851-3817) or Pembroke (912-653-3816).
- After hours and weekends: Sheriff’s Office, 912-653-3800 (Pembroke) or 912-756-2181 (Richmond Hill).
- Animal attack in progress: call 911.
- Raccoons, opossums, snakes, wild hogs, and other wildlife: Urban Wildlife Program, 1-800-366-2661 (after hours 1-800-241-4113).
