Clearing and grading, subdivision road construction, commercial site development, final and minor plats, record drawings, and traffic studies are submitted digitally through the Evolve project portal.

- Plan review fees follow the 2026 Zoning and Subdivision Fee Schedule; card payments carry a 3.5% service charge.
How it works
- Create an account and start the application for your plan type.
- Upload the plans and documents the portal lists.
- Community Development emails you whether the application is complete.
- After review you receive an approval or one consolidated set of staff comments; address the comments and resubmit.
