Board of Elections & Registration
Conducts primaries and elections as the county’s election superintendent and registers voters and handles absentee balloting as the board of registrars, under Title 21 of the Georgia code.
When it meets
Third Thursday of each month, 4:00 p.m. (moved when needed, or to certify an election). Even months in Richmond Hill (Administration Building, Commissioners Conference Room); odd months in Pembroke (Commissioners Meeting Room).

How to serve
Members are appointed to four-year terms. A member must be a Bryan County resident and registered voter, never convicted of a felony, and not hold elected office. To ask about serving, contact the Elections office.
